We would like to thank each one of you who made the 2007 Government Orphanage Christmas Gift Box Event such a huge success. With the financial support of several people, VWC-Mexico was able to sow over $1,200 dollars worth of toys, prizes, supplies and specialty gifts to over 100 children and workers. From what we were told, we were the first organization who came to give the children gifts at this governmental facility, much less to publicly share the true meaning of Christmas with the children, as well as, pray for them and with them openly. Our son Jonathan (8) prayed for a physically disabled girl and passed out gifts to the children. Victoria(3), our daughter, distributed gifts and also went with the adults to invest time with the infants, who also received gift boxes.

The administrator of the facility was so impressed with the generosity shown to them, that they welcomed us back to continually be a part of the children’s lives on a regular basis. They even asked if we would come back with our children, and other children, to play with the children of the orphanage.
We are not able to supply you with many pictures from the event, because some of the children are under witness protection and also protection from very abusive and dangerous situations, however we are able to allow you to see some of the event which took place. If you would like to support us in our efforts to continually visit these children and provide them with basic necessities, please inform us.
